Established in 1852 Siskiyou County is the fifth largest county in the state of California and yet its population is only roughly45,000 at last census leaving much of the county to retain it’s untouched wild beauty. The county seat of Yreka has the largest population of people of all the towns in the county at almost 8,000 people. A true paradise for an outdoor enthusiast or someone just looking to settle down into a quiet life where everyone truly does know their name.
Office History
Heritage Properties was a dream conceived more than 30 years ago. It, like myself and like most people if they are lucky, has gone through many iterations over the years, transitioning from Heritage Properties to Remax Heritage Properties and back again. Through all these changes, however, one thing has always remained at its core and that is the desire to make people’s home ownership dreams a reality. Whether it’s a newlywed couple or an individual, first homes or umpteenth ones, buying or selling, every dream is equally important and valuable and deserves to be recognized and achieved — this office is a testament to my convictions in that core.
